Any abstracts received after the deadline will not be accepted. After online submission of abstract, a confirmatory email will be sent to the recipient.

DEADLINE FOR SUBMISSION
Please read the instructions carefully before submitting the abstract as no changes will be allowed to be made after submission.
The abstract must be submitted online via the link Click Here. Abstracts not submitted online will not be accepted.
All abstracts must be written in English with single spacing.
Any abbreviations should be defined where first mentioned.

The abstract should not exceed 500 words (excluding the title, names of authors, and their institutions).
The abstract must have the following headings:
Objectives: State the main objective of the study
Materials and methodology: Briefly describe the study design and how it was conducted
Results: Present the important results with statistics (wherever applicable)
Conclusion: Limit the conclusions to those which are directly supported by the resultsTitle: The title of the abstract must be typed in CAPITAL LETTERS except for scientific names, which should be in upper and lower case forms and italicized.
Authors: Full names of all the authors are required.
Presenting Author: The presenting author's name must be underlined and must be in CAPITAL LETTERS. Institution, address, contact number, and email address of the presenting author must be provided. Presenting authors must be registered for the conference.
Review Process: The submitted abstracts will be examined anonymously by the Scientific Committee of 8th TSAPICON 2024. Selected papers will be declared accordingly by 25th September 2024. The authors will be informed of acceptance/rejection of their abstract by e-mail.
The organizing committee will select the top 8 abstracts for oral presentation which will be in main hall. These presentations will be delivered before a panel of subject matter experts. The panel will evaluate the presentations based on a predetermined scoring system. The top 5 oral presentations, as determined by the highest scores, will receive different tiers of rewards.
Note: Other paper presentations will have designated hall for oral presentation.
Abstract Preparation
The file must be in the form of PowerPoint presentation
Size of the PowerPoint should not exceed 2MB.
The maximum number of slides allowed is 8 excluding the title slide.
Each slide should contain no more than 7-8 lines.
The PowerPoint presentation should include:
Introduction & Objectives: A sentence describing the purpose of the study.
Materials & Methods: Describe your selection of observations or experimental subjects precisely.
Results: Describe your results in a logical sequence.
Conclusions: Emphasize new and important aspects of the study and conclusions that are drawn from them.
Conflict of interest: Declaration of conflict of interest is mandatory.
Each speaker will be allotted a maximum time of 6 min (5 min of presentation by the speaker and 1 min of discussion).
Font types (preferable): Arial, Calibri, Verdana, Times New Roman, or Helvetica
Font size of the text should be between 12-14 points, such that the text can be read clearly from a distance.
Tables if any should be kept in minimum font size of 10 points.
Videos (if any) should be in Mp4/avi/mov format and must be uploaded in a separate folder
Conflicts of interest (if applicable) should be declared in the beginning itself.
Presentations should be uploaded 3 hours prior to the scheduled time. A receipt will be given to the presenter after uploading the presentation.
All presenters must get their presentation in pendrive.
Presenter must be in the hall 30 min prior to their presentation. Any delay by the presenters will not be accepted.
Presenting authors must be registered for the conference and must wear the delegate badge while presenting.
The top 5 oral presentations, as determined by the highest scores, will receive different tiers of rewards.
Oral Platform Presentation
The posters should be submitted in e-format (ppt/pdf). No physical hard copies of the posters will be entertained.

All the posters should be submitted in e-format before the deadline (April 12-13, 2025). Any submissions after the deadline will not be accepted.
The poster should be made into a single slide in the form of ppt/single page pdf which will be displayed on LCD in the e-poster gallery.
The e-poster should be in portrait orientation (vertical).
Font types (preferable): Arial, Calibri, Verdana, Times New Roman, or Helvetica
Font size of the text should be between 12-14 points, such that the text can be read clearly from a distance.

Hyperlinks, animated images, animations, and embedded videos are not permitted.
Images and tables: should be at least of 200 dpi.
When inserting images/tables, do not use embedded documents.
References up to a maximum of 2-3 should be included in the poster.
Case report should be presented in the following manner:
Introduction: Why the case was selected
Report of case: Brief account of the salient features.
Discussion
ConclusionClinical study should be presented in the following format:
Introduction and objectives
Methodology
Results: Briefly describe the main results
Conclusions: Only emphasize the important aspects which the study has concluded
Conflicts of interest: if any, should be declared mandatorily.The presenter will be given a maximum time of 3 min (2 min for talk and 1 min of discussion).
The e-posters should be brought in a pendrive and must be uploaded 1 hour prior to the scheduled time.
File size should be less than 2 MB (preferably).
Each session will be guided by one moderator. Presenters should be at the e-poster viewing stations 10 minutes before the start of the session and remain there until the session has finished.
Presenting authors must be registered for the conference and must wear the delegate badge for recognition.
No changes can be made after the submission of e-poster.
All the posters will be evaluated by moderators and points will be allotted for the same. Based upon the scores, the top 5 posters will be rewarded.
